Cancellation, amendment and re-schedule Policy
On the occasion of any contract, agreement or booking with Triple One Care (TOC) being cancelled, amended or re-scheduled charges shall apply in accordance with the period of notification for cancellation, amendment or re-scheduled received by TOC. The charges and period of notice are:
All additional resources, including but not limited to, tutors/medics and materials shall be charged the confirmed booking price regardless of the numbers of persons in attendance.
Neither party shall be liable for any default due to “Force Majeure” (an ‘act of God’).
All cancellation or amendment costs shall be due immediately for payment.
Private courses
Notification not received or received 7 days or less before the course - 100% of the course fee applies.
Notification received 8 - 14 days before the course - 50% of the course fee applies.
Notification received 15 days or more before the course - no fee applies.
Notification received prior to course due to Covid/Isolation requirements - free of charge re-booking. *evidence may be required, this temporary policy will be reviewed 1st July 2022.
Public courses
Notification not received (i.e., ‘no show’) or received 48 hours or less before the course - 100% of the course fee applies.
Notification received 3 - 7 days before the course - 50% of the course fee applies.
Notification received 8 days or more before the course - no fee applies.
Notification received prior to course due to Covid/Isolation requirements - free of charge re-booking. *evidence may be required, this temporary policy will be reviewed 1st July 2022.
For repeat rebooking a rebooking fee of $25.00 may apply
