About the Foundation First Aid Course
This Foundation First Aid course enables you to assess both the scene and casualty for life threatening conditions and provide the necessary first aid. You will learn the latest first aid information, skills & techniques to gain confidence by practicing hands-on scenarios during the course.
A first aid event can occur anytime at your workplace or at home. Knowing what to do could save a person’s life. It will give you knowledge of common first aid conditions and how to respond to them. Many New Zealand businesses have this as a minimum requirement to comply with Health and Safety in the workplace.
Some workplaces may require their employees to have unit standard 6400. Therefore our New Zealand First Aid Course will cater to all unit standards needed – 6400, 6402, 6401. Refer to New Zealand First Aid Course for more details.
